Georgia: The Casino

[morello]

Morello whipped his rented black Cadillac Escalade around the bend towards Georgia. He smiled as he sped towards the casino. As he stepped on the accelarator, he suddenly slowed down a bit, going a bit under 80mph. His eyes searched the road, behind his dark glasses, as he came around the curve, his vaction was here along with his shelter. His reason to be here, for Savino, was that he had to hide away for awhile until things cooled down around New Jersey. He smiled and swerved around cars that were going slower, he sped up again, going just over 100mph. He looked at the floor next to him, making sure his money-cases were still there.

" Ah, casinò, when shall I see your golden walls and red carpet?" he asked himself, trying not to over excert himself from excitement. He placed one hand on the wheel and the other hold his pant's pocket. He pulled out his silver phone and dialed a number and waited." Hey, Savino....Ah....I--" he got interuppted with Savino's shouting and threats. He waited for it to finish and continued," I made some chaos and now I'm on my way to Georgia till things calm down...." he waited again, for the threats to finish." Listen, I'm not going to do anything here! In fact, I'm not anywhere noticable! Just...." he hesitated."...at the bar, then I'm going down...to the Casino to visit Sam." he finished and waited. Nothing." Hello? Savino?" he asked, waiting. Nothing." Hel--" he got inturruppted by a woman's voice saying that the link got disconnected or something.

His anger flared a bit as he hung the phone up and slipped it back into his pocket. He placed both hands on the wheel again, his hands clentched as he sped over 120mph.

The casino was packed, and so were the guards there. Tony and a few of his men stood in the corner, near the Blackjack tables. By the look on his face, he was winning, but how long would that last.

Morello swung the car around, into the city towards the casino. He laughed and smiled as he slowed down, driving towards the glowing casino. He stopped at the side and turned towards a parking lot. He waited for a moment and parked into an empty spot. He smiled and got out of the car, also grabbing the two suitcases that were filled with cash. He started towards the casino, his excitement building up and ready to escape the minute he got in. He laughed at himself, also letting his anger slip away the moment he got up at the staircase into the building. He walked up it, casually, and went into the building. The smell of cash and alcohol and the sound of shouts and dinging coming at him. He continued forwards, looking for the chip-exchange counter.

*They had moved over to roulette, after winning the previous table.*

Morello exchanged his chips quickly and started the search for a good table full of some good cash and some good players.

*Tony looked around, seeing a Bentley outside the window. He alerted his men of it.*

Morello laughed as he started into a jog towards the poker tables, which were cluttered a few yards away from the blackjack tables. He laughed and threw himself down into a table, just when they began to deal the cards out.

"Fuckin' beautiful car..."

*Tony said to his men*

Morello looked up and looked around, ready to quit since his hands were full of shit. He stood up and took his suit cases and left, backing out from the game. He tossed the cards towards the dealer and left, walking quickly towards the blackjack tables. He looked around and spotted Tony and his men. He smiled, walking towards them." Buongiorno, Tony!" he shouted over as he got closer.

[Tony Soprano]

*He looked up*

"I know you?"

" Ah, you old basterd! You don't remember? We met when I was in service to Savino the Loan Shark!" he laughed, his eyes full of joy," Well, I guess I'll introduce myself once again, anyways! I am Morello Turturro! Son of Vincinzo Turturro!" he said and smiled and bowed slightly and straightened up again.

[Tony Soprano]

"Oh yeah...Sorry, it's been a while"

*He smiled*

He laughed," Yes, it has." he paused," So, how are ya?" he said, clutching his fists.

[Tony Soprano]

"Cant complain..."

*He laughed*

" Yeah..." he said, loosening his grip for a moment, he felt odd standing here without his wife. He smiled, his chuckled.
