Tony nodded. He was still thinking of stepping down so Junior could take his place, but as he'd said earlier, in the car, he'd wait until after dinner so he could talk to Sil and see what he thought.

Junior sighed. "Well....yes and no. I really don't even like to bring it up, but one of the family's made men went behind your father's back to set up a hit on the three brothers. Not just two." He looked down and then back to Tony. "I'm not mentioning names...but this made man wanted the Sorvino family crippled for some personal shit between them. Though only two were taken out. The hit on their Don Sorvino was...called off and nobody ever really knew about it. Except me and Johnny Boy."
