Outside, Marino had his ear pressed against the door, listening in. His wounds now patched up by Paulie, earlier when Faith was still asleep. He whispered to Enzo, who was behind him." Hey, Enzo. Exactly why did you put the needle in her? You know she's perngent..." he looked at Enzo, ear against the door still.
Enzo shrugged," Because big brother told me to...." he stared at Marino, knowing that Marino understood.
