The Esplanade

[Ralph Cifaretto]

Ralph had listened to what Benny, Gene, and Little Paulie had to say. The Sorvinos attack had happened before any of the workers got there, so nobody had seen or heard anything. Ralph rubbed the back of his neck as he walked towards the guy managing things at the site. "I want you guys to keep the more expensive materials locked-up, ya understand? No leavin' all this shit lyin' around."

[Furio]

A car pulled up, to the left side of Ralph, and the tinted windows were up, as to enclose the passengers and the driver. The door opened, before the car had even come to a complete stop. Furio stood tall, and walked the short distance to Ralph, without saying anything. When he arrived, he just looked around at the site, and kept a stubborn, yet intolerable look on his face all throughout.

Ralph looked to Furio and the first thought that came to mind was that he was sent just to keep an eye on things, namely Ralph himself. "The lack of trust in this family..." He shook his head in disappointment. "You here for somethin' other than lookin' pretty?" He asked as he approached Furio. He looked past him and saw Vito in the distance getting out of his car. "Jesus, who else is gonna show?"

[Furio]

"Well, I would've been quicker, but your mother...She gives excellent blow jobs" Furio said, his accent making it even funnier. The two 'goons' behind him sniggered to themselves, although they tried to hide it. After all, Ralph was a made man.

[Ralph Cifaretto]

"Very cute. You give ya sista' head with that mouth?" Ralph wore the same self satisfied smile he always did as he spoke. Vito waddled over to them both and stopped to catch his breath. Ralph ignored him and just put his hands in his jacket pockets. "These guys don't know what the fuck they're doing." He said, looking at Benny and the gang. "They get paid to sit on their asses and they can't even do that."

[Furio]

"Sounds like you, eh?" Furio smirked, looking at Ralph. He turned around to the two goons standing next to him and spoke in Italian to them. After a short sentence, they all laughed. It was almost definitely about Ralph, and it was obvious anyway.

"I thought Tony already had a goomah, but judging from what I see here he's lost his taste in women. Maybe you should go back to Naples and continue workin' the street corners. You'd make more money blowin' a bunch a lonely guys there than ya would standin' around here keeping these jerk-offs entertained." He motioned to the two grunts with Furio. "Hell, maybe ya can blow them too just to pay for your plane ticket back home." He smirked. Vito smiled, but didn't want to get into any beefs with either of the guys. "Listen, we gotta look into getting more supplies to make up for the losses." He spoke up. Ralph looked to him. "A contractor's in debt to me. Compulsive gambler. I can get all the stolen shit for free. Poor fuck owes at least ten-thousand dollars. He manages a lumber yard and steel works. Shouldn't be too difficult to get our hands on."

[Furio]

Furio let out a small laugh as they continued on with the coversation. After they'd finished, he stepped forward, to the side of Ralph and put his hand on Ralph's shoulder, looking straight at Vito. "Sounds good. And if he doesn't cough it up, we'll let him ride Ralphie-boy here for 10 minutes" he smiled, turning his head to see the reaction.

Ralph laughed, but it was obviously forced. "He likes his bitches with broad shoulders. You fit the type perfectly. The ponytail's a nice touch. Something to grab onto while he's workin' ya. Besides, that's the kind of work for the schmucks at the bottom of the barrel." He looked to Furio. "Like you." He smirked. "Well ladies, I gotta get goin'. More important things than keepin' a bunch of school girls in their place." Ralph pat Furio on the shoulder, though it had a little extra force than a friendly gesture. He then walked off.

[Joey Mirlano]

Joey walked past Ralph going in the opposite direction. He wasn't sure if he could do anything to help out or not, but Ralph's directions weren't exactly clear. "Any word from Tony?" Joey asked, looking from Furio to Vito and back.

Furio smirked, and as Ralph walked off, turned back to Vito and his men. "What a cocksucker." he said, simple.

[Joey Mirlano]

Joey wondered for a moment as to who Furio was referring to before thinking it was his Capo, Ralph. He would have liked to verbally agree, but there was no way he'd get his head on the chopping block for making any comments against his own Capo. Not to mention how unstable Ralph could be. Joey would like to stay alive long enough to be made.

[Furio]

Furio lifted his cigarette to his mouth and took a puff of it, before throwing it to the ground and stepping on it. "No word..." he stated, looking at Ralph drive off. He put up his hand and gave him the finger, although he wasn't sure if Ralph would get the message.

Joey watched as Furio gave the finger to Ralph and he couldn't help, but smile. "Okay...then I guess we just sit tight until he does." Joey was about to lean up against the wall next to him until he realized it was the side of a portable toilet. He then decided against it and just stood where he was.

[Furio]

"You can do all the waiting you want" Furio said, poking him roughly in the chest, pushing him back slightly. "I'm going to fuck some bitch" he said, turning in the opposite direction eventually. Furio had a short temper, and he didn't like the way Joey had seemed to take charge, whether he meant to.
