Sil's eyes moved to the door when Tony arrived. He would wait for the boss to have the first word. There was nothing he could say to make any difference. Not until he knew what Tony wanted to do.

Tony was much calmer. He was silent for a few seconds, then gave a sigh of defeat. "Alright, Everyone out" he said, motioning his arm. Everyone, other than Sil and Tony moved, and they were quick about it. They didn't hesitate, because that may have repercussions on them later.

Sil watched as everyone left and then looked back to Tony. "I take it you've been thinking this out?" He left the question hanging in the air while he leaned up against the desk.

Tony slowly sat down, and nodded. "What d'ya think?" he asked, hoping that Sil would do most of the planning. After all, that was why he was consigliere. Tony wouldn't trust anyone else as his adviser than Silvio.

"Well it's obvious these fucks don't take Our Thing seriously. They've already shown disregard for the rules. That makes them more dangerous than that crazy fuck, Phil. A sit down is out of the question. We should start by bleedin' em' dry. The Sorvinos have an old italian style restaurant in New York and here in Jersey. I say we bomb it. If we can talk to Little Carmine--get him to do the same. After that, if they still fuck around, we go after they're olive oil business." Sil wanted to hurt the Sorvino's through money rather than blood. If their men were out fighting then they weren't earning and that was one of his main concerns.

Tony agreed to the first part. "...but I don't want New York on the job. I want our guys...guys we can fully trust. Besides, I don't wanna owe New York nothin'. Of course, make sure its ok with them, first. Don't want them to think we're disrespecting them, and their turf."

"Our relationship with New York is brighter than it's been in a while, Ton. They were hurt by the Esplanade attack just as much as we were. It'd be a sign of good faith to get them in on it. In times of war sometimes--these things are necessary. Have them take care of the Sorvinos on their turf and we take care of them here. With two ends caving in on them, the Sorvinos got no where to go. We don't owe New York nothin' and they don't owe us nothin'. A mutual agreement."

Tony agreed, with a respectful nod. He gave Sil a gentle tap on the face, and stood up, expecting Silvio to stand up too, like he always did.

Silvio stood and buttoned his jacket as he did. "You want me to set up the meeting with Little Carmine now or...?" He looked to Tony for a response.

After Junior walked out he waited a few moments before stepping back in. "I think I got a right to know what the fuck we're doin' here. I've only been a part of this family for over thirty goddamn years." He was obviously offended by being kept in the dark.

Tony nodded to Silvio, then did the usual Italian hug, with the usual pat on the back. Then, he proceeded to walk over to his uncle. "Take it easy...We're havin' a sit down...New York."

"We're bringin' New York in on this?" He looked a little confused. "This is our problem. We shouldn't be handing it out to others." Junior shook his head and looked to them.

"You think too much..." Tony said, putting his arm around him to the other shoulder. "We got it covered..." he said, looking towards Silvio. What he should have said was that Sil had it all covered. Sometimes he wondered what he'd do without him.

Sil nodded and picked up the reciever. He dialed Little Carmine, but couldn't get through to him. He held the reciever away from his ear a moment. "I got his voice mail." He hung up. "I'll try back later."

"Never around when you need him" he stated the obvious. Maybe the mood was starting to get lighter now, as opposed to an hour ago when he was tossing bottles of Vodka at the wall.
